Web Color Cube version 1.11 (wcc.zip, 7341 bytes, 97/05/07) This freeware program
works like the images on my Netscape Palette page, plus you can double-click to copy the color value to the clipboard. Requires VBRUN300.DLL (which you may already have in your Windows SYSTEM directory).
VBRUN300.DLL (vbrun300.exe, 246805 bytes, 93/05/12 12:00a) From Microsoft. Self-extracting executable. The DLL belongs in your Windows SYSTEM directory. Check there first to see if you already have this file.

lineblue.gif (79 bytes, 1x3x16)   A small image which is stretched to make a line.
ns216.gif (13556 bytes, 307x205x256)   The complete Netscape 216 Color Palette.

Palette in Microsoft format (ns216ms.zip, 512 bytes)   The Netscape palette in palette file format. My appologies to everyone who downloaded the JASC file in the past: my ISP's Unix server "corrupted" it by adding extra carriage-returns. The PKZIP format prevents the problem.
