Ontario Hydro MMISpc		Ontario Hydro is the largest electrical utility in North America, with a huge inventory of transformers and meters. The Meter Management Information System (MMISpc) is used to manage metering equipment and transformers to ensure accurate revenue measurement and standards compliance. GH Services converted MMISpc from a paper-driven mainframe application to run on mobile laptops. The system is powered by a data dictionary and form engine written in CA-Visual Objects and CA-Clipper, with Advantage Database Server managing the master data files. It features a distributed database architecture, transactions, secure modem communications, automatic record-level synchronization with audit trails, version control, E-mail, networking, data compression, encryption, and real-time off-site incremental backup. Panalpina PSIS		Panalpina is an international freight forwarder that arranges the details of shipments for a diverse range of clients. The Panalpina Sales Information System (PSIS) is a custom database application for Panalpina's mobile sales representatives. The application is written in CA-Clipper, with a data dictionary for menus and input screens. It provides a tool for the management of new and existing customers and the creation of shipment quotes. Data is synchronized by uploads and downloads to a central server. GH Services created and maintains a simple support web site at http://www.psisweb.com/.

Greg Holmes Web Site		This site uses CSS styles extensively to provide the visual presentation, while still using some HTML layout to provide at least a minimum user experience. The code is, once again, organized in a logical manner, making maintenance easy. http://www.gregholmes.com/
Chick-n-mation Web Site		The "Chick-n-mation" web site is a very fast-loading site that uses CSS styles to provide the layout, and only a few gradient background images that are used over and over to provide visual interest without requiring much bandwidth. Also, the underlying HTML ordering is well thought out and logical, providing an acceptable experience even without CSS enabled. http://www.chick-n-mation.com/
Ontario Farm Fresh Marketing Association Web Site		The "Ontario Farm Fresh Marketing Association" web site uses the custom GH Services site engine to present dynamic pages. The client can manage all of the content, including member lists, website links, coming events, newsletters, and classified ads using a simple administrative tool. http://www.ontariofarmfresh.com/
A Howling Good Time Web Site		"A Howling Good Time", the web site of the Howell Family Pumpkin Farm, was developed by GH Services using a page template methodology. This allows the client to add pages, and even sections, without assistance. The core page elements (such as menu graphics and logos) are well optimized, but the photographic images (which the client places on the site) are allowed to be larger in order to show the beauty of the Farm in October. http://www.ahowlinggoodtime.com/
D & J Motorcycles Web Site		The "D & J Motorcycles" site is a database-driven site developed by GH Services. The product information is stored on the web server and formatted by custom CGI programs. There is also a Monthly Specials function. The client maintains the Product and Specials lists using an administrative tool. http://www.djmotorcycles.com/
Horizontal Productions Web Site		The database-driven technique was also used for "Horizontal Productions" in England. The Client maintains the product lists as well as the text of the web pages by using the administrative tool. The Gallery contains many full-size images, as well as thumbnails, all of which are maintained by the Client. http://www.horizontal.co.uk/
Mike's Music Demo Web Site		This prototype site was created as a demonstration. The database is populated with 150 demo records that are representative of the type of data clients would use. There is a quick search facility always available in the left side menu, as well as a dedicated Advanced Search page. http://ghservices.com/mikesmusiconline/
Panalpina PANFAST Web Site		The Panalpina Food Aid System Tracking (PANFAST) web Site provides a way for Panalpina clients to view dynamically-generated reports on the status of commodity shipments. The system is entirely server-based in that it uses the Perl language on the web server to create pages according to the criteria that the users select. No JavaScript or browser-dependant plug-ins are used. The users can also easily design their own reports by specifying fields, groups, and totals. The reports can be "bookmarked" in the browser and run again later to view updated data. Since the site requires a user login, no web link is given here.
